1) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564 (8x12) is a highly porous, high performance crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite in spherical form. The pore openings in the crystals have a diameter of approximately 3 A. Sphere size is a nominal 1/16” diameter.

3) RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564 (8X12) is a high capacity, multi purpose Type 3A molecular sieve formulated for the dehydration of various hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon liquid and gas streams. Grade 564 has high mass transfer efficiency and rugged physical durability. Grade 564 should be reactivated at temperatures less than 475O to prevent lost adsorption capacity due to hydromel decay

5) PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564 (8X12) is supplied in steel drums, lined polypropylene supersacks
or silo trucks.
- 300 lb. net steel drums.
- 1500-1800 lb. net lined polypropylene supersack.
- Silo trucks, pneumatic loading upon request.

6) HANDLING AND STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Prior to loading, the material should be kept in a dry environment to insure maximum performance.


7) HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564 is a synthetic aluminosilicate. In active condition it will release heat when adsorbing water or other substances. If a large quantity of sieve is exposed to water, the molecular sieve may release sufficient heat to cause thermal burns of the skin; contact should be avoided under these conditions. To avoid the risk of explosion in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust, care should be taken to insure that all loading equipment is properly grounded. The transfer system and receiving vessels should be properly grounded when loading via pneumatic truck. Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE should be handled so as to avoid inhalation of dust.
