1) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564CS (4x8) is a highly porous, high performance crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite in spherical form. The pore openings in the crystals have a diameter of approximately 3 A. Sphere size is a nominal 1/16” diameter. (8×12 mesh).

3) RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
Kidaya Molecular Sieve Grade 564CS is a high performance type 3A molecular sieve specifically formulated for the dehydration of cracked gas, propylene, butadiene and other unsaturated hydrocarbons. The proprietary, enhanced formulation provides for no green oil formation and long service life after hundreds of cycles in severe service cracked gas dehydration applications.

5) PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE Grade 564CS is supplied in steel drums, lined polypropylene supersacks or silo trucks.
(1) 300 lb. net steel drums.
(2) 1500-1800 lb. net lined polypropylene supersack.
(3) Silo trucks, pneumatic loading upon request.

6) HANDLING AND STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Prior to loading, the material should be kept in a dry environment to insure maximum performance.

7) HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE 564CS is a synthetic aluminosilicate. In active condition it will release heat when adsorbing water or other substances. If a large quantity of sieve is exposed to water, the molecular sieve may release sufficient heat to cause thermal burns of the skin; contact should be avoided under these conditions. To avoid the risk of explosion in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust, care should be taken to insure that all loading equipment is properly grounded. The transfer system and receiving vessels should be properly grounded when loading via pneumatic truck. Kidaya MOLECULAR SIEVE 564CS should be handled so as to avoid inhalation of dust.
